Apparently Google is not running as to remove Google Voice concerns and also the service, where users gather all the phone numbers and can receive voice messages as if it were an email.

So it's best to compete in the IP telephony world, what better way to begin to develop a desktop application or Desktop, where the user can recir, send calls from both the network and from mobile phones or fixed lines, as we have the majority in our house.
